Our products
Cheese
Our small production of sheep's cheese is made exclusively for our family and all the guests who come to visit us. Production is artisanal and limited, giving the guarantee of quality and respect for the welfare of the animals that supply us with milk. Its seasonality is mainly linked to the time of year in which it is consumed.
Honey
Our honey is given to us by the 5 families of bees we have on our land. The type varies according to the crops in bloom and therefore the time of year.
Oil
Oil is our pearl. A fundamental food for the Mediterranean diet, rich in properties, if cultivated and produced wisely and responsibly it is a fundamental product for the health and well-being of each of us; it is also useful for enriching our dishes, both in terms of taste and quality. Our oil is delicate with fine flavours and a character given by the slight spiciness, organic, with a bright colour and delicate fragrance.
Saffron
The saffron we produce is cultivated and processed in such a way as to preserve all its characteristics. In fact, we do not dry the product but we dehydrate it, which means that the pistil not only remains intact and brightly coloured, but allows us to have a product that preserves all its nutritional characteristics intact as if just harvested. Our saffron can be used in smaller quantities than the classics on the market, achieving the same results.
